Kojo is a seasoned lawyer with in-depth experience and knowledge in corporate and commercial law, enriched by his over twenty-five years of doing business in Ghana in various industries. Kojo’s highly analytical mind, eye for detail and passion for excellence ensures the best value for money for his clients. Kojo has over the years assisted TGL on various legal matters and his contribution has been invaluable to the company.

Kojo graduated from the University of Ghana with a BA in Social Work/Administration in 1997 and joined Mechanical Llyod Co. Ltd in 1997, where he worked as a Sales Executive and Sales Manager until 2004. Subsequently, Kojo established and was the CEO of various companies in the communications and transport sector between 1999 and 2010. While running his businesses, Kojo obtained an LLB in 2008 and QCL in 2010 and thereafter joined Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa and Ankomah, where he worked as an Associate lawyer until founding his own practice, Ankoma-Sey, Apatu-Plange and Partners in March 2015, a premier law firm providing a broad range of legal services in Ghana to both local and international clients. Kojo is currently the Managing Partner and head of corporate and commercial.

With an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Kojo is currently enrolled at Queen Mary University of London pursuing an LLM in Technology, Media & Telecommunications.
